In less than a month, on January 24, 2010, our OneSight clinic team will FINALLY meet in person in San Diego! Our mission: change lives by bringing eye exams and new prescription eyeglasses to many people in San Diego who could not otherwise access or afford basic eye care and eyeglasses. We're all honored to be selected and can't wait to get started.
When we arrive, we will quickly mobilize under the leadership of our clinic manager, Scott, our production captain, Yoana (LensCrafters store #501), and inventory captain, Kellie (LensCrafters store #16) and our volunteer optometrists. Our core team includes volunteers from not only LensCrafters, but also colleagues from ILORI, Oakley, Optical Shop of Aspen, Pearle Vision, Sears Optical, Sunglass Hut/Icon and the Luxottica Retail headquarters office.
To our friends, family and colleagues -- please check back often starting January 24. We plan to do daily posts of photos, videos and stories of our team's clinic adventures and those we're helping!
